Enrollment inquiry form

The enrollment inquiry form is a public page where families who aren't enrolled yet can send you their details. Share the link on your website, Facebook page, or a printed flyer, and every submission lands in Leads and emails you — no typing families in by hand.

Set it up under Settings → Enrollment inquiries.

Turning it on
  1. Open Settings → Enrollment inquiries.
  2. Switch on Accept inquiries online. Until you do, anyone opening the link sees “not available” and nothing is collected.
  3. Check your link. It starts as your daycare name — edit it to anything using letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  4. Click Preview form to see exactly what a parent sees.
Sharing the link

Use Copy link to paste it into your website or a Facebook post, or Show QR code to save a code for a flyer, a yard sign, or your enrollment packet. Parents can scan it with a phone camera.

Contact details on the form

Your form is a public page, so contact details are yours to control. Show contact details to visitors decides whether any phone number or email appears at all — turn it off if you run your daycare from a home phone and would rather not publish it. Families can still submit the form either way.

If you use a different number or inbox for enrollment questions than the one families in care use, enter them as the inquiry phone and inquiry email. Leave either blank to use your daycare's main details. You can also add a second phone number — it only appears when filled in — and give each number a short label so families know which is which: “Call us” on one line, “Text us” on the other. Labels are optional; a blank label just shows the number.

New inquiries are emailed to your inquiry email when you set one, otherwise to your daycare email. This is separate from what visitors see — you can hide an address from the form and still be notified at it.

Adding a message

The optional message above the form appears before the fields. It's a good place for current openings, waitlist status, or how quickly you usually reply — for example, “We have two infant spots opening in September and usually reply within a day.”

What a parent fills in

Only their name plus either an email or a phone number are required — every extra required field costs you completed inquiries, and you can ask for the rest when you follow up. They can also add their child's name and birthday, a hoped-for start date, and a message.

What happens next
  1. The inquiry appears in Leads with the source Website form.
  2. You get an email with the details and a link straight to Leads.
  3. Work it like any other lead — set a follow-up, book a tour, and convert it to a family when they enroll.
Spam and privacy

The form quietly blocks automated submissions, so you shouldn't see junk. If you ever do, change your link: the old one stops working immediately and the spammer loses it. Visitors are told their details are stored so you can contact them about care, with a link to the privacy policy.

Try it in your own daycare.
