The Calendar gives you a month-at-a-glance view of your daycare's operating schedule, including regular hours, closures, holidays, and special events. This is the same schedule families see in their parent portal.

Navigating the calendar

Use Prev, Today, and Next to move between months and quickly review upcoming holidays or closures.

Hours & closures

Your regular business hours, scheduled closures, holidays, and special closing dates are managed from Hours & Closures. Click the button in the upper-right corner to update your schedule.

Upcoming closures

The Upcoming Closures panel provides a quick reminder of holidays and special closing days over the next several months, helping you and your families plan ahead.

Sharing with families

Any changes you make to your daycare's operating schedule are automatically reflected on this calendar and are immediately available to families through the parent portal.
