Messages
Messages lets you communicate with families without relying on text messages or social media. Every family has its own private conversation, making it easy to keep communication organized and available whenever you need it.
Family conversations
Each family has a single conversation thread that contains your complete message history. Open any conversation to send messages, share photos, and view previous communication. Unread conversations are highlighted so you can quickly see who needs a response.
Broadcast messages
- Click 📣 Broadcast.
- Select All Families or one of your saved groups.
- Write your message and send it.
- Each family receives the message in their own private conversation, and any replies come back only to you.
Groups
Create groups to quickly message specific families, such as infants, preschoolers, after-school care, or any custom group you create. Once saved, groups can be selected with a single click whenever you send a broadcast.
Notifications
The 🔔 button mutes or unmutes new message sounds on this device only. It does not affect notifications on your other devices or for other staff members.
Photos & attachments
Messages can include photos and other supported attachments, allowing you to easily share classroom moments, reminders, forms, or important information with families.
