Daycare details & branding
The General tab contains your daycare's basic information and branding. These settings are used throughout Wylari, including the parent portal, kiosk, receipts, year-end tax statements, and other family-facing pages. Most of these settings only need to be configured once.
Branding
Your daycare name, logo, banner image, and brand color personalize Wylari for your program and are displayed throughout the parent experience.
- Daycare name appears in the parent portal, kiosk, receipts, reports, and year-end statements.
- Brand color is used throughout the parent portal and other family-facing pages.
- Logo appears on the kiosk, parent portal, receipts, and printed documents.
- Banner image is an optional wide image for the parent portal and the kiosk header.
- Welcome message is shown to parents when they sign into their portal.
Logo and banner images support PNG, JPG, and WebP files up to 3 MB.
Contact information
Your phone number, email address, website, and mailing address appear anywhere families or printed documents need your business contact information. Keeping these details current ensures receipts, tax statements, and the parent portal always display accurate information.
Time zone
Your selected time zone controls all date and time calculations throughout Wylari, including attendance timestamps, automatic check-outs, reports, meal planning, notifications, and scheduled events. Choose the time zone where your daycare operates.
Dashboard tours window
Sets how many days ahead the Tours block on your dashboard looks — for example, 7 days shows tours scheduled in the coming week, while 30 days shows the whole month. You schedule and manage tours on the Leads page; this setting only controls how far ahead that dashboard summary reaches.
Weather bar (optional)
Enable the weather bar to display current weather and air quality on your dashboard, helping you plan outdoor activities throughout the day.
- Turn on Show the weather & air-quality bar.
- Search for and select your daycare's location.
- Choose a light or dark display style.
- Save your setup.
The weather information is powered by Open-Meteo. You can disable the weather bar or change locations at any time.
