Enrollment types

Enrollment types define the care plans you offer, such as Full Time, Part Time, Drop-in, or Overnight. Each type includes a description and rate, making it quick to assign the correct plan to every child.

Creating enrollment types

Give the enrollment type a name, optionally describe what it includes, then enter the rate and choose how it's billed (per hour, day, week, month, overnight, or as a flat amount).

Create as many enrollment types as you need. For example:

  • Full Time
  • Part Time
  • Half Day
  • Drop-in
  • Summer Program
  • Before / After School
Using enrollment types

After creating them, assign an enrollment type to each child from the Families page. Each child can have a different enrollment type, payment arrangement, and subsidy if needed.

Enrollment types are used throughout Wylari for payment records, billing reports, receipts, and year-end statements. They help describe what a family is enrolled in—they do not automatically charge families or generate invoices.

Try it in your own daycare.

Everything in this guide is included in every Wylari plan — no add-ons, no per-child fees.
